Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website traidtech.com and related online services (the “Site”) operated by Trent Ventures LLC, doing business as TraidTech (“TraidTech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Site, submitting an application, scheduling a call, or otherwise engaging with TraidTech online, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

TraidTech is a brand operated by Trent Ventures LLC. We offer information about, and may later enroll qualified applicants in, a guided 40-day program that teaches you how to take an app idea from concept to a deployed web, iOS, and Android app. The program is education and coaching. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, we do not build, host, or operate your app for you.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe the rights of Trent Ventures LLC or any third party
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, servers, or networks
• Transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

We may suspend or restrict access to the Site at any time if we believe these Terms have been violated or if needed for security, legal, or operational reasons.

3. Applications, calls, and the program

Content on the Site is for general information. Completing the application, submitting an idea, or scheduling a call does not enroll you, reserve a spot, or create a client or coaching relationship. We may accept or decline any application at our discretion.

If you enroll, the program is a guided roadmap with expert instruction. You do the work on your own machine, in accounts you control. You own the idea, the tools, the product, and the live app, except for TraidTech’s own materials, branding, and curriculum. We do not take ownership of your product by teaching you how to ship it.

Any tuition, refunds, schedule, deliverables, or other program commitments are governed only by a separate written agreement we both accept. If those documents conflict with these Terms, the enrollment agreement controls for the paid program.

Information you provide through forms, email, phone, text, or other channels should be accurate to the best of your knowledge. We may use that information to respond, qualify the idea, and operate the program if you join.

4. No results guarantee

Launching an app depends on your idea, your effort, third-party platforms, store review processes, and factors outside our control. We do not guarantee that you will finish in 40 days, that an app store will approve your app, that the app will work for every use case, or that you will earn any particular revenue. Examples on the Site, including products associated with Ken Trent, are illustrative only and are not a promise of the same outcome for you.

5. Telephone, text, and communications consent

If you provide a telephone number to Trent Ventures LLC / TraidTech — including through the Site, forms, email, or verbal communication — you expressly consent to be contacted at that number for business purposes.

That contact may include, without limitation:

• Basic operational needs, such as text message appointment reminders, scheduling confirmations, program updates, and related operational notices
• Follow-up phone calls to conduct business, respond to inquiries, discuss your idea, provide support, or continue an existing conversation
• Marketing communications, such as calls, texts, or similar messages about TraidTech programs, services, offers, events, or related business information, where permitted by law

Communications may be sent using manual dialing, autodialers, prerecorded or artificial voice, SMS/MMS, or similar technology where allowed. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

You may opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP (or as otherwise instructed in the message). You may opt out of marketing calls by telling us you no longer wish to receive them. Operational or transactional messages related to an existing inquiry, appointment, or business relationship may still be sent where permitted. Providing a phone number is not required to browse the Site, but it may be needed for us to schedule calls, send reminders, or complete certain business interactions.

6. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, branding, graphics, layout, logos, curriculum descriptions, and design — are owned by Trent Ventures LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and temporarily store pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent, except as allowed by law.

If you enroll, TraidTech materials remain ours. Your app, your code, and your accounts remain yours, subject to third-party licenses you accept when you use those tools.

7. Third-party tools and links

The Site may include third-party tools (such as application forms, scheduling, or analytics) and links to third-party websites or services. Those third parties are not controlled by us, and we are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and may be subject to their terms and privacy policies.

8. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Coaching and educational information on the Site is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, or professional software-engineering advice.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRENT VENTURES LLC, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR THESE TERMS, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100), OR, IF YOU PAID US FEES FOR A PROGRAM COVERED ONLY BY THESE TERMS, THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THAT PROGRAM IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Trent Ventures LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your submissions, your app or business, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires additional consent.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Except where prohibited by law, you agree that courts located in Wyoming will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site.
