This Privacy Policy explains how Trent Ventures LLC, doing business as TraidTech (“TraidTech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit traidtech.com (the “Site”), complete an application, schedule a call, join or inquire about the 40-day app launch program, or otherwise interact with our business.

By using the Site or providing information to us, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or submit personal information.

1. Who we are

TraidTech is a brand of Trent Ventures LLC. We offer a guided 40-day program that teaches founders how to take an app idea from concept to a live web and mobile app. We do not provide a live chat on this Site.

2. Information we collect

  • App-idea descriptions, goals, timelines, experience level, and other application answers
  • Appointment or meeting preferences

  • Payment and billing details if you enroll, collected by our payment processor (we do not store full card numbers on the Site)

  • Pages viewed, links clicked, referring or exit pages, and timestamps

Important: If you provide a telephone number to Trent Ventures LLC / TraidTech, we may use that number for basic operational needs and for marketing, as described below.

Specifically, telephone numbers may be used for:

  • Basic operational needs, including text message appointment reminders, scheduling confirmations, program updates, and similar operational messages
  • Follow-up phone calls to conduct business, respond to your inquiry, discuss the program, provide support, or continue an existing conversation
  • Marketing, including calls, texts, or similar messages about our program, services, offers, events, or other business promotions, where permitted by law

These communications may be placed or sent using manual methods, automated systems, autodialers, prerecorded or artificial voice technology, SMS/MMS, or comparable tools where allowed. Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.

You can opt out of marketing text messages by replying STOP (or using another opt-out method provided in the message). You can opt out of marketing calls by requesting that we stop. You may also email contact@traidtech.com or call (402) 226-5777 to update your communication preferences. Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still contact you for non-marketing operational or transactional purposes related to an inquiry, appointment, existing relationship, or legal requirement, where permitted.

5. How we share information

We may share personal information with:

  • Service providers and vendors who help us operate our business (for example: website hosting, CRM, forms, email/SMS delivery, analytics, scheduling, payments, and IT support), subject to appropriate confidentiality and use limitations

If you join the program, you will set up tools and accounts in your own name. Those third-party tools have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for how those providers handle information you give them directly.

We and our providers may use cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, understand usage, and improve performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some Site features, including forms and scheduling.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, maintain business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal, tax, or accounting requirements. Marketing emails may include an unsubscribe link. Marketing texts may be stopped by replying STOP. Operational messages may still be sent when appropriate and allowed.

The Site and program are intended for adults and business or professional audiences and are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

11. International visitors

We are based in the United States. If you access the Site from another country, you understand that your information may be processed in the United States and other locations where we or our providers operate, which may have different data-protection rules than your jurisdiction.
